Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate early arrival requests, however, please be aware this cannot be guaranteed. All guest rooms are designated as non-smoking and a $250 deep cleaning fee will be added to the applicable room account should a room entertain any form of smoking.
Reservation Confirmation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee reservations and is applied to second half of stay, even in the event of early departure for any reason.
All rooms in the Inn and the Lodge have an occupancy specifically assigned to them. If a room exceeds maximum occupancy there will be a $20.00 per guest charge added to the room for each adult, each night.
Your reservation is guaranteed by a 50% deposit taken on your credit card and is applied to the second half of your stay. No rate adjustment for late arrival or early departure. Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $30.00 processing fee per reservation. Cancellations made less than 72 hours of arrival date will forfeit entire deposit.
Late Check-Out Policy
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Based upon our occupancy and availability, we may be able to extend your check-out time to 1:00 p.m. at no charge. Should you stay after 1:00 p.m. a charge of $50 plus tax will be applied to your credit card on file. Guests who have not vacated their room by 5:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate.
Cell Phone Service
While taking advantage of our location in the Catskill Mountains, please keep in mind that cell reception may be limited. There are cellphone boosters throughout the property, but, cellphone reception is not guaranteed in all rooms or locations on property. It is important to note that Verizon and AT&T work the best, while Sprint or T-Mobile are not as effective. The quality of reception will not constitute a refund or discount of stay.
Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the entire property, however there are several locations where service is spotty. The quality of reception will not constitute a refund or discount of stay.
Rollways, Cribs, and Pack and Plays will be an additional fee to the room cost. The rate per cot is $20.00 per night. Crib is $20.00 per night, Pack and Play $10.00 .
We’re Dog Friendly at the Emerson!
It’s your dog’s vacation too…ask about the Emerson PupGrade and our Catamount Dog Park, a 60 foot wide by 100 foot long dedicated fenced-in area just for canines with a dog run, doggy shower, fresh running water and special section for small dogs. The Catamount Dog Park provides a safe haven for your pet to run, relax, mingle and make friends!
We are honored to host quiet, well-behaved dogs and proof of current vaccination is required. There is a $35 per dog, per night fee. To guarantee a pet-friendly room, please notify our Reservations department upon booking your stay that your dog will be traveling with you. To assure the comfort of other guests, please supervise your dog at all times.
We encourage you to notify the Front Desk when you plan to be out of your room with your dog so that your room can be serviced without them present. Crate rentals are available; small – $10 per stay, medium – $15 per stay, large – $20 per stay. Please keep in mind that dogs are not allowed in the pool area, dining areas, fitness center and other public areas (other than transport). For the safety of your dog and our guests, please make sure your pup is on a leash whenever out of the room and on Emerson property. Nametag with identification and current rabies tags are to be worn by each dog at all times.
